Chicken Croissants

Katie...You probably already have this recipe or one like it. When I was on my mission, this was something that we were fed a lot. They are super easy and if you are having a play group, they are good because they are easy to fix and to eat. Also, I posted a chinese chicken salad already that was dynamite! Hope this helps a little!

  • Croissant dough
  • cream cheese
  • green onions-chopped
  • cooked chicken- chopped
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon juice
  • bread crumbs
  • melted butter

Buy the pop-out cans of croissants. Make mixture of cream cheese, chopped green onions and chopped cooked chicken. Flavor with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Put a rounded soup spoon full of mixture in each croissant. Roll up or fold up corners. Brush with melted butter and dip in bread crumbs and bake according to package ingredients.

I made these last night for my family. They were so yummy! I even altered the recipe a bit to make it more weight watcher friendly, and they were still soooo goood!!
Thanks Traci, great recipe!

To make this easy recipe even easier I used canned chicken (they sell it over by the tuna). It was perfect. These were delish!
