My son is allergic to eggs and I'm trying to find recipes for baked goods ie..cookies, cupcakes, breads, waffles, pancakes that don't have eggs. Or if anybody knows of a good substitute for eggs. Thanks.

I know a couple people with kids who are allergic to milk and eggs and one of their favorite treats is Golden Oreos- surprisingly okay for them to have! Sorry- I know this probably doesn't help- not a recipe, but thought you might like to know! :)
I've used 1T. ground flax and 3T. water to replace an egg in quick breads. It works really well. I can't tell a difference.
