Does anyone have a great strawberry shortcake recipe? Strawberries are such a good deal this week that I want to make some! And while I'm at it... do you have any other delicious strawberry ideas?
I also found this strawberry shortcake recipe off of better homes and garden...it has 5 out of 5 stars. I LOVE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE!! I am going to try this one... http://www.bhg.com/recipes/recipedetail.jsp?recipeId=R090534
The other recipes sound good but I'm go simple. I buy the shortcake cups or Angel Food cake. Cut up the strawberries the size you want them place them in a bowl and put sugar on them, as they sit the juices start to come out. It takes about an hour and then you put the strawberries and juice over your cake top with cream

How about strawberry jam? So when it is freezing cold in winter you can open up a jar of summer! Yum
